Unfortunately, we do not ship to the following regions in result of sanctions: Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Burma (Myanmar), Democratic Republic of Congo, Egypt, Eritrea, Republic of Guinea (Conakry), Guinea- Bissau, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast, Mexico, North Korea, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Russia, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Ukraine (Crimea/Sebastopol) and Zimbabwe.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
